At present many Associations and Societies contract the services of a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) for the organization of their events, and it is more and more frequent that this PCO turns to be their steady "Core PCO".

The main goal of a permanent secretariat is based on giving full coverage to the activities of the Association and management of all kinds of events, with a direct and permanent contact with the board and other members of the Association.
