SCIENTIFIC COMUNICATIONS (Instructions)

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

PRESENTATION TIME
Authors will have around 10 minutes for each presentation (8 minutes for the speech and 2 minutes for questions).

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
All the rooms for the Symposium will have the following AV equipment:

Computer projection
Slides projection

You should give your disquettes or Cd's with your presentation to the AV Technician of the room, at least 2 hours before the beginning of your Session.

LANGUAGE
English is the recommended language for every presentation.

POSTERS

POSTERS EXHIBITION
Posters will be displayed in the Posters Area during all the Symposium.

Authors are requested to display posters from Thursday, Nov. 11th at 9.00 AM and they must remove them before 12.00 AM on Saturday, Nov. 13th . The Symposium Secretariat cannot be held responsible for any loss or mishandling before that time and date.

POSTER SIZE
Each poster should have the following dimensions: 90 cms wide x 120 cms high.

POSTER PRESENTATION
Authors are requested to present the poster for discussion during the Poster Sessions scheduled in the Symposium.
