WORKSHOPS (optionals)

3 Workshops will be organized during the congress with a duration of 2 hours each.In each
workshop, researchers will join with experts in their research field in order to discuss.

The number of participants per workshop is limited to 15.

Thursday, November 11

• Regional blocks in paediatrics (Dr. Domingo Blanco)
An interactive workshop in which professor/students will discuss with the support of audiovisual media the more practical sides of each of the locoregional blockages usually used in paediatrics. Technical briefings on the use of the different elements of the blocks material, Tuchy needles, neurostimulating needles, spinal needles, …

• Difficult AirWAY management (Dr. Manuel Romero - Dr. Roberto Falcone)
Theoretical and practical classes to acquire specific abilities in the use of the different technical procedures (fibroendoscopy, retrograted intubation, use of laryngeal mask, ) for the resolution of the problems related with a difficult AirWAY.

Friday, November 12

• Paediatric mechanical ventilation (Dr. Javier García Fernández)
At this workshop practices with the diverse models of respiratory devices usually employed in paediatrics will be made, studying different ways of ventilation (high frequency, continuous flux, etc) adequate, in each case, to different physiopathologic situations.
