A number of rooms at Gran Hotel Verdi 4* (congress venue) have been reserved for the Congress participants during the period of March 20 to March 23, 2007. Hotel accommodation may be reserved by using the Accommodation Form (web site), which must reach TILESA OPC before March 1, 2007, together with the hotel deposit.

The hotel prices include breakfast and VAT 7%. The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the hotel deposit (first night payment). No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment of this deposit. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

Any change you wish to introduce in the hotel bookings must be addressed directly to the General Secretariat by fax or e-mail, not to the hotel.

Payments may be remitted:

• By credit card, (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card). Please complete the corresponding section of the Accommodation Form.

The first night will be charged as Hotel deposit by TILESA OPC, the rest of nights will be paid directly to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of 20,00 Euros (management fee) will be charged if refund is requested in writing from February 1st to February 15th, 2007

• No refunds (of deposits) will be done if requested in writing from February 16th to March 1st, 2007

• For cancellations after this date, and “No Shows” the total stay should be able to be charged into your credit card by the Hotel.
