Registration Procedure

Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending any of the Congress Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received.

In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

If for any reason you are unable to use the online registration form, please fill out the registration Form (PDF version) and send it to the secretariat via fax or mail. Any inquiries about registration or requests for additional forms should be addressed to:

Registration fees cover:

• Regular registrations:
  - Attendance to all sessions of the Congress
  - Congress documentation and Book of Abstracts (CD)
  - Coffee breaks
  - 2 Lunches
  - Opening Ceremony
  - Closing Ceremony
  - Conference Dinner
  - Technical Visit (Lunch included)

The latest date for registration by mail or e-mail will be March 19, 2007. Any registration form received after this date will be processed on site at the Congress.

Method of Payment

Payments may be remitted:
By credit card, (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card). Please complete the corresponding section of the Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy
Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for refunds. A cancellation fee of 20% will be withheld if refund is requested in writing after February 28, 2007. No refunds will be accepted if requested after March 15, 2007. All refunds will be done after the congress.

Pending Amounts
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Congress account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.

Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English.

Badges and Security
It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the Congress venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions and Congress activities. For the Social Events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the General Secretariat and given to the registered participants on the last day.

Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Congress. Neither the Organization nor the General Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Congress.
