Accommodation - International Congress on Conservation and Rehabilitation of Dams

The Organising Committee will provide hotel accommodation at special rates for Congress participants. Most of these hotels are located in Madrid and close to the Congress site. Buses will be available from the hotels to the Palacio de Congresos..

In order to guarantee your hotel reservation a deposit for one night cost +7% VAT must be done before September 6th 2002. After this date your hotel booking will be upon request.

Payment of the total remainder of nights must be paid not later than September 30th, 2002 to TILESA OPC, S.L.

Cancellations and reimbursements requests should be made in writing to TILESA OPC.

Please do not handle cancellation issues directly with the hotel in order to facilitate coordination of the Congress arrangements and avoid confusions.

In the event of cancelling a hotel reservation before September 30th, 2002, the deposit will be reimbursed, less 5% for expenses. After this date, no cancellations will be accepted and no reimbursements will be made. Neither will participants be reimbursed in case of not showing up at the hotel. All reimbursements will be done once the Congress has finished..
