Sessions will be held in ENGLISH and SPANISH, with
simultaneous translation.
Written communications will be presented in English and/or Spanish, with a
summary in English or Spanish. Authors are encouraged to submit their
articles in English to facilitate the international dissemination of their work.
The Congress will contract tourist insurance (minimum risk) for delegates. The insurance policy will be enclosed with the documentation provided when registration on site is finalised.
Public transportaton in Madrid is excellent, with a very wide underground and bus network. The bus network covers both the city and its outskirts. In the city alone there are over 150 different routes.
The weather in Madrid during the congress dates is normally wet, with average temperatures between 10º and 15º C.
