The General Secretariat of the Congress offers the participants of the ULTRAPATH XII Conference hotel rooms at special prices. Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

The prices include breakfast. For the confirmation of the Hotel's reservation, it's necessary to pay a deposit in advance as guarantee of the reservation, (Deposit of 225,00 euros for four-star hotels and 155,00 euros for three star hotels). Moreover, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number although the payment is done by another method (cheque or bank draft). You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the hotel voucher must be presented upon registration at the corresponding hotel, in order to confirm the reservation, to credit the payment, and to benefit from the special rates.

Hotel accommodations may be reserved by using the Accommodation Form. This form should reach TILESA OPC CATALUÑA no later than April 30, 2004, along with the payment of the deposit.

Payments may be submitted by credit card or by bank draft in Euros, payable to: TILESA OPC CATALUÑA. For more details see the Accommodations Form.

Hotel cancellation policy

• A cancellation processing fee of 40,00 Euros will be charged if refund is requested in writing before May 1, 2004.
  
  

• Cancellations in writing between May 1 and May 31 (both included) will result in return of 50% of lodging deposit.
  

• Cancellations in writing between June 1 and June 25 (both included) are subject to forfeiture of the whole entire stay *.  
  

• No shows, late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations after June 25 will be charged the full amount for the entire stay *. 

* Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will only be subject to forfeiture of the deposit amount.

DISCLAIMER: The terms for cancelling reservations are set forth by the individual hotels and are applicable to room reservation blocks for meetings and/or conventions. Ultrapath is not responsible for these cancellation policies.
