Terms of Payment

Payments may be submitted: 

1. By credit card. Only Visa, Master Card, and Euro Card will be accepted.

2. By cheque or bank draft in Euros, payable to: TILESA OPC CATALUÑA. 
Personal cheques are not accepted.

3. By bank transfer payable in Euros. Please do not forget to include your name and address in the bank communication. All bank charges must be paid by the sender. Please, transfer your payment to the following account:

Acknowledgements

Registrations and payments will be acknowledged by e-mail. In this regard, participants will not receive any further correspondence before the Congress. If you have not received an official notification by e-mail within two weeks of having sent your payment and registration, please contact us at:

Badges

Each participant will receive a name badge upon arrival at the Congress. The badge will be the participant's official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to scientific sessions, social activities, and tours.

Invitation Letters

Upon request, the Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Conference. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants in obtaining travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organizer to provide financial support.

This letter will only be issued after the participant has registered.

Registration and Information/Tours Desk

The Congress Office and the on-site registration desk will be opened at the Congress Venue from Sunday, July 11 until Friday, July 16, 2004.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for refunds. A cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld if a refund is requested in writing before May 15, 2004, and 50% will be withheld if requested before June 15, 2004. No refunds will be granted if requested on or after June 15, 2004.

All notifications of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at TILESA OPC CATALUÑA.

Pending Amounts

Any differences arising in registration fees will be settled on site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited to the Congress account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
