The WPA and APAL, as
part of its fundamental commitment to the future of
our field, have established an Institutional Program
for the professional development of young
psychiatrists. Within this general framework and
auspices, the WPA Zonal Meeting and APAL Regional
Meeting has formed the Fellows
and Young Participants Committee to facilitate
the participation and optimize the experience of
young colleagues at the congress.
Fellows are highly promising psychiatrists, who will
be supported financially to attend the congress and
will have special opportunities to enhance their
scientific and leadership skills.
